I started mrd Personnel Search in 1994 and still have fun! Because my business model is based on person-to-person relationships I never considered growing into a large company. A Swiss native, I grew up in Zug and spent over 20 years living and working in South Africa/USA.
By living and working in some exotic places I developed strong out-of-the-box thinking coupled with a hands-on approach. My Human Resources is backed by an IPM degree and includes staff development/training, as well as transferring corporate processes to local environments.
